Returns and Refunds 

If the customer decides that they want to make a refund or return their ticket(s), they should send an e-mail to [email protected] where include:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • The reason for which the reimbursement is being requested
  • Telephone number

The customer has 2 working days to send the refund or return request email from the day he/she receives the order confirmation email.

As soon as we receive the refund request email we will contact you and give you the instructions to proceed with the refund. Refunds may take up to 30 business days to be reflected.

In case the refund, return or cancellation is accepted, 10% of the value of the order/sale will be retained for administrative expenses. This 10% retention / charge is irrevocable regardless of the reason for which the refund or return is made.

In case the client wants to make a cancellation, it can be made up to 5 working days before the date of the event. In case of not complying with this requirement, we will not be able to make the cancellation valid and the client will have to contact us at the previously mentioned e-mails and an evaluation of the case will be carried out. The client will be informed of the decision taken as soon as possible.
